Men At Work Detroit Concert reviews
Amazing concert but needs improvement
The system will not allow you to select sets when the tickets have been sold already, adding to the wait time. The site also crashed multiple times, making it even more frustrating. I also heard that not all the seats were available on the first day, creating confusion for those trying to purchase tickets. Basically, you may think tickets are all sold out, but they were actually being reserved for other days. I did not attempt to go back in and reserve more tickets as I know I could only get a max of 4.
The process to get tickets was hectic due to the prices, and the system not allowing selection of sets when tickets are sold out. The site crashing multiple times added to the wait time. Not all seats were available on the first day, causing confusion among buyers. The system is not very user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate through seating charts or filter prices.
The concert by Men At Work deserves 5 stars, despite the issues with getting tickets, the parking situation, lack of organization, and minimal staffing. With 50K people attending, better preparation should have been in place.
The SoFi venue is impressive, but the parking situation is horrendous. It took almost two hours to get out of the lot due to disorganization and confusion among people on where to go. There was not enough staffing, and it was a challenge to make it to our seats on time.
All the stress was worth it in the end just to see our favorite band perform! The venue was big and beautiful, and I wish I had more time to explore it.
